LOTTERY APPLICATION 2016 2017

Lottery applications will be accepted during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm) from Monday, February 1, 2016 through Monday, February 29, 2016.

 

All lottery applications must be mailed or hand-delivered to SMCS at:

Albuquerque, NM 87109

Do not fax or email your lottery application to the school.

Lottery Process

One lottery application per student is required. If three siblings from one family wish to apply, one lottery application for each sibling is required. There is no guarantee that if one sibling is admitted, that all or any other siblings will also be admitted.

If fewer students apply than seats are available in any grade, all students who submit a timely lottery application for that grade will be admitted and notified no later than Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Only lottery applications received timely will be included in the lottery process.

If more students apply than seats are available in any grade, a lottery for that grade will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Sage Montessori Charter School. Only lottery applications received timely will be included in the lottery process.

 

Wait List

All applications received on or after Tuesday, March 1, 2016 will be added to the wait list on a first come, first served basis.
